Ingredients for Sponge:

  • Eggs 5
  • Sugar 125gm
  • Flour 100gm
  • Biscuits crumb 25gm
  • Baking powder 2pinch

Ingredients for Frosting:

  • Whipped cream 250gm
  • Biscuits crumb 30gm

Ingredients for Topping:

  • Biskoff spread 100gm
  • Cooking oil 1tbsp spoon
  • Biscuits for garnish

 

Method for frosting:
Whippy whip cream ko beat kr k esmy crumb add krny hy or layering and cake py apply krna hy

Method for topping:
Spread me oil add krna hy phir cake py pour kr dyna hy last me biscuits sy garnish krni hy

Method for sponge:
Eggs and sugar ko achy sy beat krna hy flour,biscuits crumb and baking powder ko mix kry hy fluffy huye better me add kr k achy sy mix krna hy 7inch k 2mould me pour kr k 180C py 20-22 minutes bake krna hy

Ingredients:

  • Whole Chicken 1
  • yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1+1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Roasted crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1 tsp
  • Roasted crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Onion fried 4 tbsp
  • Food Color ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Coriander ground 2tbsp
  • Mint 2tbsp
  • Fries for Serving

Method:
Dahi mai sari cheezien daal kar achi tarah mila lain.Phir is mixture ko chkn pcs par achi tarah laga dain aur overnight/ 2-3 hrs chod dain.Ab half cup k qareeb oil wok me daal kar garam karain. Is main laal piyaaz (grinded) daalain aur bohat zara paani K pyaaz na jale.Ab marinnated chkn pcs daalain aur achi tarah bhoon lain, ab baki ka bacha masala bhi is main daal dain, aur achi tarah mix karain.10-15 mins high flame pe pakayain.Phir ¼ cup paani daal kar galney k liye chod dainJab chkn achi tarah gal jaye, pani khushk hojaye aur masala bhun jaye to dish out karlain,Serve with fries, lemon wedges, kheera and onion rings.

Ingredients for dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt as required
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Carom ¼ tsp
  • Water as required

Ingredients for Filling:

  • Chicken tikka chunks ½ packet
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce as required
  • Red pepper crushed ½ tsp
  • Roasted crushed cumin ½ tsp

 

Method for dough :
Knead a smooth dough and rest for 15 mints .
Make small portions n keep aside.

Method for filling:
In oil toss the chicken chunks with chillie garlic sauce kuti laal mirch n bhuna kuta zeera n keep aside.Roll out the dough
Cut the parathas into halves.
Fill it with chicken chunks .
Fold it into a triangle and press the sides .
Now shallow fry from both the sides and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta ½ cup
  • Yogurt 1 kg
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Salt pinch
  • Roasted cumin ½ tsp
  • Mash daal pdr 1 cup
  • Water as required
  • carrot ½ cup grated
  • Bell pepper ½ cup cut in small pcs
  • Cabbage ½ cup finely cut
  • Noodles ½ cup (boiled)

 

Method::
Maash Daal powder ko pani me daal kar smooth sa batter bana le.
Oil garam karen aur hath se phulki daalain, fry karain golden hone tak, phir nikal le.
Ek bowl main pani dalain aur phulki usme 10-15 minute ke liye soak kardain.
Strainer mein dalain aur thodi der chod dain.
Ab ek bowl mein dahi dalain, cheeni namak aur B.k zeera daal kar achi tarah phait lain.
Ab is main noodle or vegetables dalain. pani se nikali hui phulkiyan daalain, acchi tarah sari cheezain dahi main coat kar le.
Serving dish mein nikalain. Garnish with hara dhaniya hari mirch and dahi bada masala.

Chana Chaat:

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes boiled 2
  • White chick peas soaked / boiled 250 grams
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion ½
  • Green chili ½
  • Tamarind pulp ½ cup
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1tsp
  • Roasted crushed cumin 1tsp
  • Chaat masala 1tsp
  • Lemon juice 1-2tsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Ketchup 1-2tbsp
  • Roasted crushed coriander 1tsp
  • Eggs 2 boiled
  • Tomatoes 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Papdi as required

 

Pink milk Froth:

Ingredients:

  • Milk 2 cups
  • Cream ½ cup whipped
  • Red drink ½ cup or as per taste
  • Ice cubes ½ cup
  • White pearl ¼ cup boiled

Chana Chaat Method:
In a wok put oil, piyaaz dalain or hari mirch. Saute karain.
Ab is mein imli pulp aur sary masale dalaain.
Ab aalu aur boiled chane dalaain, acchi tarah mix karain, if required to half cup pani daalain. Ek josh aane per acchi tarah mix karain aur dish out karain.
Boiled eggs kheera, tamatar aur papdi se garnish karai and serve.

Pink Milk Froth Method:
Blender main doodh, cream, laal sharbat aur ice cubes daal kar blend karain,
Serving glaas me 1-2 tbsp. sagudana daalain, upper se doodh ka mixture daalain aure serve chilled.
