Ingredients for yellow curry paste:

  • Coriander dry 1 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Curry powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Dry chilies 4 to 5
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion ½ cup
  • Dry turmeric 1 piece
  • Lemon grass 1 tbsp
  • Shrimp paste 1 tbsp

Ingredients for curry :

  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Chicken boneless cubes 1 cup
  • Potato cubes ¼ cup
  • Carrot cubes ¼ cup
  • Yellow curry paste ½ cup
  • Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Water as required

Method:
Yellow paste bananay kay liye tamam ajza thoray say pani kay sath ek blender men dal ker 2 minutes tak blend ker len. Phir curry paste dal ker 1 se 2 minutes tak pakaen phir potato or carrot dal ker mix karen phir thora sa pani shamil karen or ubal anay den jab ubal ajae to coconut milk powder shamil karen or itna pakaen kay oil or gravy alag alag hojae.

Ingredients for Filling:

  • Beef mince 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped ¼ cup
  • Carrot chopped ¼ cup
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp

For roll sheet:

  • Flour ½ cup
  • Corn flour ¼ cup
  • Egg 4
  • Salt as required
  • Water as required
  • Baking powder as required
  • Oil for frying

Method:

Filling bananay kay liye pan men oil garam ker kay onion sauté ker len phir lehsan dal ker sauté karen phir beef dal ker achi tarhan fry ker len. Ab carrot, tomato puree or spices dal ker achi garhan bhoon len phir thora sal pani dal ker dum per chor den jab qeema gal jae to filling ko achi tarhan bhoon len itna kay filling dry hojae. Phir plate men nikal ker filling ko thanda ker len.
Roll sheets bananay kay liye ek mixing bowl men tamam ajza dal mix karen or ek garha batter bana len.
Ab non stick pan men halka oil laga ker batter dalen or patli roll sheet banal en.
Ab roll sheet men beef ki filling dal ker rolls bana len. Phir rolls ko baking dish men rakh ker upper se cheese dal ker 160c per 12 se 15 minutes tak bake ker len.

Ingredients:

  • Egg yolks 5
  • Sugar 150gm
  • Milk 75 gm
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Flour 180 gm
  • Baking powder 10 gm
  • Egg whites 5
  • Salt pinch

For Syrup :

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Condensed milk ¼ cup
  • Cream ¼ cup

For Ganache :

  • Chocolate ¼ cup
  • Cream ¼ cup

Method:
Sponge bananay kay liye ek mixing bowl men egg yolk, milk or sugar dal ker mix ker len. Phir maida, baking powder, salt or vanilla essence dal ker achi tarhan mix ker len.
Ab ek dosray bowl men egg white ko beat ker len jab soft peak hojae to egg yolk waly mixture men dal ker mix ker len. Ab baking dish men dal ker 180 c per 20 se 25 minutes tak bake ker len.
Ab ek mixing bowl men milk, condense milk or cream dal ker mix ker len or phir sponge per wooden stick se holes ker kay milk wala mixture sponge per dal den or khob thanda ker lain.
Ganache bananay kay liye chocolate or cream ko ek mixing bowl men dal ker melt ker len.
Phir chocolate ganache dal ker serve karen.
