  • Fish (boneless) 1/2 kg
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Potatoes (boiled and mashed) 2
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 2
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs as required
    Oil for frying


Steam the fish. Then add black pepper, salt, garlic, potato, mustard paste, fresh coriander, green chilies, chaat masala, cumin, coriander seeds, red chili powder and lemon juice. Mix well. Now make kababs out of this mixture. Then dip the kababs in the eggs one by one. Now coat the kababs in the bread crumbs. Then heat oil and fry the fish kababs. Serve hot.


  • Split green gram (soaked) 250 gm
  • Green chilies 6
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Bay leaves 4-6
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp


In boiling water add turmeric powder and split green gram. Allow it to boil. Then sieve and set aside. Now heat oil and butter and sauté garlic well. Then add bay leaves, tomatoes, cumin powder, red chili flakes and salt. Mix well and cover it for about 10 minutes. Now add split green gram, green chilies and all spice powder. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes. Lastly add fresh coriander and serve hot.


  • Liver 1kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White cumin seeds 1tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Ginger garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup


Marinate liver with lemon juice. Now in a pan, heat oil add Tomatoes, Red Chili, Salt, White Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Garam Masala Powder and fry. Now add liver and fry on high flame. After this, add yogurt and let it simmer for 10 minutes. In the end, add Coriander Leaves, Green Chilies and serve.
