Fried Shrimp with white sauce | Tarka | Chef Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Shrimps ½ packet
  • Oil as required

Ingredients for white sauce:

  • Milk 1cup
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Butter 50gm
  • Garlic 1tsp
  • Flour as required
  • Spring onion to garnish

Method:
Heat oil and fry shrimps, to make white sauce in a pan heat butter and add garlic and flour fry well. Now add milk , black pepper, salt , cheese and oregano set aside this sauce , now add shrimps in platter pour sauce , sprinkle spring onion and serve .

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Fat 125 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • All spice 1tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • White cumin roasted 1tsp
  • Coriander 1tsp
  • Red chili powder 2tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2tbsp
  • Coriander 2tbsp
  • Mint 2tbsp
  • Oil as required

Method:
In a chopper add chicken mince, fat, onion, coriander , green chilies and salt grind well. Now add red chili powder , ginger garlic, coriander ground, cumin roasted and all spice miz it well. now make kababs and put them in skewers add bit oil barbeque or bake it and serve.

Ingredients for dough:

  • Flour ½ kg
  • Yogurt 4tbsp
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Sugar 4tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • Boil potatoes ½ kg
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Ginger 1tsp
  • Chaat masala 1tsp
  • Red chili powder 2tsp
  • Cumin 1tsp
  • Coriander powder 4tbsp
  • Whole spice 1tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Clarified butter/oil as required
  • Carom 1tsp

 

Method:
Mix flour , yogurt , baking powder , soda, sugar and salt now add water and knead well , let it rise for 30 min , for stuffing mix all ingredients , now make balls of dough . add filling roll and seal the sides to stuff well. Roll again sprinkle oil , add carom and coriander , lastly fry .
