Ingredients
- Boiled Rice 500 g
- Eggs 2 units
- Spring Onions 1-2, sliced
- Capsicum 2 sliced
- Carrots 2 shredded
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- GG Paste 1 tbsp
- Boneless Chicken 400 g
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Corn flour 3-4 tbsp
- Chili Garlic Sauce 100 ml
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Dried Thyme 1 tsp
- Dried Rosemary 1 tsp
- Salt & Pepper & Chicken Powder to taste
- Fresh Coriander half bunch
Method:
1. Sauté shredded/ chopped veggies together in soy sauce and vinegar and seasonings to taste. Mix in with boiled rice. Scramble the eggs in at the same time
2. Sauté chicken in butter with gg paste, seasonings to taste add chili garlic sauce and dried herbs. Mix corn flour with water and add to the gravy
3. Serve garlic butter chicken with warm egg fried rice
Ingredients
- APF 375 g
- Eggs 5 eggs
- Sugar 400 g
- Butter 230 g
- Milk 250 ml
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
- Nuts Optional
- Orange Juice Optional
Method:
1. Butter and flour a loaf pan and set aside
2. In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar together, then eggs one at a time. Add vanilla
3. Whisk together all the dry ingredients and add to butter and egg mix alternating with milk
4. Pour batter to the loaf pan and bake it in a preheated oven at 175° C for 45-50mins or until a skewer comes out clean
5. Let it cool in the pan for some time before removing
6. Serve warm with tea. Store in an air tight container
