Ingredients Dough

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Yellow lentils boiled ½ cup



  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Fennel seeds ½ tsp
  • Nigella seeds ½ tsp
  • Coriander seeds ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Boiled potatoes cubes 3
  • Pickle any 1 tbsp
  • Food color a pinch

Make dough using flour, salt, oil and water and set aside. Dough should be soft not hard. Let it rest for 10mins
Now fill mong dal paste into each dough ball. And let it rest again and flat it out into circles. And deep fry into hot oil.
Make tarkari with oil, flakes, salt, fennel seeds, kalongi, coriander seeds, water, boiled potatoes in cube, pickle and food color let it simmer and serve with kachori hot
