Ingredients For Beef Steak

  • mignon steak fillet 100 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic 2 to 3 cloves
  • Dijon mustard 2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 to 2 tsp

For Cooking

  • Butter 1 cup
  • Mixed herbs 1 tbsp
  • Coal 1
  • Mozzarella cheese ½ cup

For The Mushroom Sauce

  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Mushrooms ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Cooking cream ½ packet

Method
Marinate steak for 20min to overnight. Now grill to give marks.
Now add butter and herbs and cook your steak. Give it a barbeque coal smoke. Top it with Mozzarella cheese. Put it on salamander or bake it for 5 min to give Mozzarella a nice colour.

For The Sauce
Add butter into pan your cooked steak if required now add garlic and mushrooms sauté well add spices to taste and cooking cream your sauce is ready. Enjoy Bistecca steak with mushroom sauce.

Ingredients For Cupcakes

  • Flour 300 gm
  • Caster sugar 160 gm
  • White sugar 160 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Milk 250 gm
  • Baking powder 15 gm
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 160 gm
  • Vanilla essence few drop/ cotton candy flavouring

For The Frosting And Topping

  • Butter ¾ cup
  • Vanilla essence/ cotton candy flavouring ½ tsp
  • Whipping cream ¼ cup
  • Confectionary sugar 3 to 4 cups
  • Food colour blue pink as required

Other Ingredients

  • Cotton candy as required
  • Marshmallow as required
  • Sprinkles as required
  • Lollies or popsicle sticks as required

Method
In a bowl add egg and sugar mix till dissolve properly now add milk and mix again, add vanilla essence and oil mix till smooth now add flour gradually, salt and baking powder mix till the batter is smooth giving ribbon type consistency.
Now divide the batter in 3 parts add food colouring
Pour batter into mould equally of each coloured batter bake at 180c until toothpick comes out clean.
For the frosting, cream the butter, flavour, together in a bowl of stand mixer until smooth, about 1 minute. Gradually add Confectionary sugar with whipping cream adding gradually as well until the frosting is light and fluffy. Divide the frosting into bowls add food colouring.
Using pastry bag spoon the frosting in to swirl on your cupcakes (wait for cupcakes to cool down) with the favourite toppings.
