Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast 2
  • Italian seasoning as required
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onions finely chopped 1 cup
  • Mushrooms chopped or sliced 1 cup
  • Baby spinach 1 cup
  • Italian seasoning as required
  • Black pepper 3 tsp
  • Salt 3 tsp

Ingredients For The Sauce

  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Chopped parsley or dill 1/3 cup
  • Cream cheese 3tbsp
  • Garlic powder 2 tsp
  • All-purpose flour 1 tbsp
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1 slice
  • Ground black pepper ½ tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup

Method

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and mushrooms. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and let it cool at room temperature.
2. Season both sides of each chicken breast with 1 teaspoon each of black pepper, salt and Italian seasoning.
3. Place each chicken breast, one at a time, between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. Carefully flatten the chicken breasts Don’t pound the breasts too hard.
4. Place one chicken breast on a new sheet of plastic wrap. Add ⅓ cup baby spinach on top of the chicken breast. Add other fillings and Mozzarella cheese.
5. Tightly roll the chicken into a log, and wrap the rolled chicken tightly in plastic wrap. Once wrapped, grab the two ends of the plastic wrap and roll to twist them and make it extra tight.
6. On a stove bring water on a simmering point add wrapped roulade and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Now take it out and add to a pan with butter or oil give it a nice golden color. Prepare sauce Make roux add every other ingredients, sauce is ready. Serve roulade with sauce on top with some side veggies or mashed potatoes.

  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Water ½ cup
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Mint leaves 3-4
  • Lemon juice 3 lemons
  • Ice 3-4 cups
  • White drink 1 glass

Method
In a blender add sugar, water, salt, mint leaves, lemon juice and ice. Blender it well.
Add the white drink in the serving glass and add the prepared mixture.
Lastly garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
