Ingredients For Chicken Marinade
- Chicken cut into cube 300 gm
- Paprika 1tsp
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Cumin 1tsp
- All spice powder 1tsp
- Chilli powder 1tsp
- Salt and black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Chilli garlic sauce 1tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
Ingredients For Sauce and Cooking
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Chicken powder 1tsp
- Chilli sauce 1tsp
- Tomato puree ½ cup
- Tomato paste ¼ cup
- Cream cheese ¼ cup
- Water as required
For Yellow Rice
- Basmati rice 1 cup
- Cumin 1tsp
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Chicken cube 1
For Garnish
- Lemon slice 1 lemon
- Coriander as required
- Mint as required
Method
Marinade chicken and fry
Keep it aside
In a same pan add onions caramelise add seasonings and sauces now add tomato purée then cream cheese then tomato paste add water if requires. Add chicken and make gravy.
In another pot add 2 cups water bring it to boil add seasonings and sauce and let the water dry cook it on steam for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and mint leaves and lemons on side.
Ingredients
- Whipped cream 1 cup
- Chocolate cream 1 cup
- Icing sugar 2 tbsp
- Milk chocolate ½ cup
- Crushed pineapples ½ cup
- Biscuits 2 packets
Method
Add crushed biscuits to bowl
Layer up with whipped cream mixed with pineapples and sugar.
Last layer of chocolate cream mix with melted dairy milk
Let it chill andd enjoyy
