Ingredients
- Bread 8 Slices
- Butter ½ cup
- Brown Sugar ¼ cup
- Cinnamon Powder 1tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla Essence
- Milk 60ml
- Granulated Sugar ½ cup
- Cinnamon 1tbsp
- Butter ¼ cup
- Cream Cheese 1cup
- Icing Sugar ¼ cup
Method
Cut sides and flatten the bread do the filling. Roll up. Do the coating fry in little butter. Coat with dry mix. Top up with sauce.
Ingredients For pizza dough
- Flour ½ kg
- Butter 75 gm
- Yeast 10 gm
- Salt 10 gm
- Sugar 5gm
- Bread Improviser 1tsp
- Egg 1
- Dry Milk 5gm
For pizza sauce
- Peeled Tomatoes 2 to 3
- Tomato Paste 3tbsp
- Whole Leek Celery 1
- White Pepper 1tsp
- Black Pepper 1tsp
- Salt 1tbsp
- Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
- Garlic Cloves 2 to 4
- Oregano 1tsp
- Pesto (if basil is available) 1tbsp
For topping
- Tikka Chunks 1cup
- Olives ½ cup
- Mushrooms ½ cup
- Jalapeños ½ cup
- Mozzarella 1 cup
- Cheddar for Filling
- Basil Leaves for garnish
- Oregano for garnish
Method
Make dough and let it rise for 20 minutes to 1 hour keep it at warm ace. Make pizza sauce. Roll out dough add sauce then tikka then mozzarella and then do the topping and crust filling bake for 20 to 30 min. On 180c. Serve hot with butter garlic and sauce of your choice
