- Full Cream Milk ½ litre
- White bread big 4 slices
- Condensed Milk ¼ cup
- Almond Flakes 1 tbsp
- Cardamom grounded 2
- Cream ½ cup
Boil ½ litre of full cream milk in a pan. Till the milk is boiling, take 4 slices of white bread and cut their edges and remove them. Now put the bread into pieces in a mixer jar and grind it.
When the milk comes to a boil, stir it and add ground bread to it and mix it well. Now cook it while stirring it for a while till the milk becomes thick. Add ¼ cup of condensed milk to it and mix it well.
As soon as it starts thickening a little, add 1 tbsp of almond flakes, 2 crushed cardamom and Now mix it well and cook it on low flame. After thickening, rabri will be ready, turn off the gas add cream and cool it down and serve it and enjoy its taste
- Clarified butter/oil 3 tbsp
- Cashew nuts 4
- Onions finely chopped (large) 4
- Garlic 6 cloves peeled
- Ginger peeled 1 inch
- Green chillies 3
- Cardamoms 2
- Bay leaf 1
- Cloves 3
- Cinnamon stick 1 inch
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Chilli powder ½ tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Bread 6 large
- Honey ¼ cup
To start with, soak cashew nuts in hot water for 10 minutes. Also rub turmeric powder all over the chicken. Set both things aside.
Heat a tablespoon of ghee in a pan, and add the onions. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon salt over the onions and mix. Reduce the flame, cover and cook the onions till they are deep brown in color. During the process of browning the onions, stir them around every 5-6 minutes to prevent them from sticking to the bottom and burning. This whole process of caramelizing the onions should take about 10 to 20min minutes.
Once the onions are brown, transfer them to a food processor along with the soaked cashew nuts, garlic cloves, ginger, green chilies and ¼ cup water. Grind to a smooth paste.
Heat the remaining ghee in the same pan, and add cardamom powder, bay leaf, cloves and cinnamon powder. Sauté for a minute or two and add the onion paste. Cook the onion paste on medium high heat, while stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes. Add coriander powder, chili powder, garam masala powder and salt and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken to the pan along with ¼ cup water. Cover and cook the chicken for 20 minutes or till cooked through, while stirring the curry occasionally. This will be a thick gravy,
Taste for seasoning, and finish it up by stirring in the cream. Switch off the flame. Let the curry sit for 10 minutes before spreading it on bread
Heat the grill pan
Butter your pan with garlic oil
Place bread on the grill spread honey, Mughlai and top it with mozzarella cheese place the other bread grills it like you make it in panini maker. Serve with any favourite sauce.
