  • Bone less chicken breast 1
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded) 1 cup
  • Knorr chicken cubes 1
  • Chopped green coriander 3 tbsp
  • Crushed green chili 2
  • Knorr chili garlic sauce as required
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Tikka masala 1 tbsp
  • Tortilla wraps 4
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Oil 7 tbsp
  • Lemon (juice) 1

Boneless chicken breast ,lemon juice ,knorr chicken cube ,tikka masala and yogurt add and marinate it .now 3 table oil heat and cook marinated chicken .now add vegetable and cook for a minute .now in a frying pan add 2 tbsp oil heat and then add tortilla wraps .now on top do the chicken mixture ,chopped coriander and green chilies .then do the next layer of tortilla .then add cheese .when cheese melt then turn it .now before serving cut in to 4 slices and serve with sour cream and knorr chili garlic sauce .

Ingredients Gozleme dough

  • Flour 3 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yeast 1
  • warm water 1 cup



  • baby spinach 4 cup
  • medium onion 1
  • crumbled feta 1 cup
  • salt ½ tsp
  • black pepper ½ tsp
  • olive oil 1 tbsp

Combine flour, salt and yeast in a mixing bowl.
Pour warm water over it and mix with your hand or in a stand mixer until everything holds together. This might take 5-10 minutes.
Wet the bottom of the bowl and the surface of the dough with your wet hand. Cover the bowl with kitchen towel or a plastic wrap. Let it rest for 40 min. until it doubles in size.
Dust the counter with a little flour and transfer the dough onto this surface. Deflate the dough, knead it for 1-2 minutes and make a log. Cut it into 6 pieces, shape each into balls. Cover them with a damp kitchen towel to prevent them from drying.
To make the filling, combine everything in the list in a bowl.
Grab a dough ball, sprinkle flour all over it. Roll it out thin.
Put about 3 tablespoons of filling on the half of the rolled out dough. Fold the empty half on the filling and seal the edge by firmly pressing on it with your finger tips.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Transfer the gozleme into hot pan. Cook both sides for 3-4 minutes each.
Transfer the cooked gozleme on it. Brush it with olive oil and cover with a clean kitchen towel so that the cooked gozlemes keep warm until you finish the remaining dough and filling.
Repeat the same steps for the remaining dough and filling.
Optionally cut each in any shape and serve immediately.
