Ingredients:

  • Chicken Tikka Pieces 4
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Green Chili Paste 2 tbsp
  • Coriander Paste 1 tbsp
  • Mint Paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind Juice ½ cup
  • Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (roasted) 2 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Coal as required

METHOD:
• Marinate chicken tikka pieces with yogurt, papaya, green chili paste,coriander paste, mint paste, tamarind juice, garam masala powder, roasted cumin seeds, red chili powder and leave it half an hour.
• Now in a pan, heat oil add chicken tikka pieces and cover it 20 minutes.
• When they are tender , removes from the stove and give coal steam.

Ingredients:

  • Green Gram Lentil 2 cup
  • Spinach (boiled) 1 cup
  • Fenugreek 1 cup
  • Green Chilies 10
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 250 gms
  • Onion 1

For Tempering:

  • Button Red Chilies 6
  • Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
  • Garlic Cloves 6
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:
• In a pan, add green gram lentil, turmeric and boil.
• When they are tender, removes from the stove.
• Now in separate pan, add onion and fry.
• After this ,add green chilies, tomatoes, cumin seeds, fenugreek , spinach,salt and fry.
• Then add in lentil and mix well and removes from the stove.
• For tempering:
• In a pan, heat oil add garlic and fry .
• Add button red chilies, cumin seeds and give tempering in daal.

  • Chicken shots 1packet
  • Capsicum 2
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce 3tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Brown sugar ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 1tbsp
  • Garlic 1tbsp
  • Oil for frying

 

Method:
Heat oil in a pan fry chicken shots & set aside , now in remaining oil fry garlic and add veggies fry for a min , now add black pepper , salt , soya sauce , chili sauce , tomato ketchup , brown sugar and vinegar cook for a min on high flame and serve .
