Ingredients for Yakhni:

  • Mutton 750 g
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 full
  • Garlic 5,6 cloves
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Black cardamom 4-5
  • Cloves 6-7
  • cinnamon sticks 2,3
  • Black pepper 10-12
  • Coriander seed 2 tbsp
  • Zeera 2 tbsp
  • Water 3 glasses

ingredients for Pulao:

  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Whole gharm masala 1tbsp
  • Green chilli 1, 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Yoghurt 2 tbsp
  • Rice 500 g
  • Water 750 g
  • Oil 1/4 cup

MATHOD:
Make stock of these ingredients then strain it.
MATHOD:
Heat the oil .fry the onion till golden brown and Ginger garlic and fry one more minute . Add boil mutton meat and fried then add one slice tomato and two tablespoon of yoghurt fry it again till oil separates and 750 ml of water boil it add some salt and then add water and keep it on low flame for about 20 minutes. Mutton pulao is ready to serve.
