Method:
In a bowl add fish , lemon juice ,carom ,red chili powder , garlic and salt mix well and leave for ½ hour . now in a pan heat oil and deep fry fish and keep aside , now add tomatoes , kashmiri red chili , turmeric , whole spice , curry leaves , lemon slices and green chilies roast well , lastly sprinkle whole spice , coriander and green chilies and serve .

Method:
Heat butter and roast all veggies , now add stock , chicken cube, black pepper , salt , corn seeds and chicken now cook well. Add corn flour soaked then add soy sauce , lastly add eggs and serve.

Heat clarified butter add sugar , cardamom and whole dried milk cook well. When it gets thick remove and add powder milk and flour mix it well.now remove 2tbsp mixture separate , add in one mixture coco powder and in other mixture let it as it is roll both and garnish with silver paper and serve.
