Ingredients
Roll Sheets 1 packet
Khoya 100 gram
Raisins 1/3 cup
Sesame Seeds 1/3 cup
Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
Desiccated Fresh Coconut ½ cup
Screw Pine Essence few drops
Sugar as required
Oil as required
For Making Mixture
All Purpose Flour as required
Method
Take as required all purpose flour and dissolve into luke warm water and mix it well to make a mixture. Take a mixing add 100 grams of khoya, as required sugar, 1/3 cup of cup of raisins, 1/3 cup of sesame seeds, ½ cup of desiccated fresh coconut 2 tbsp of poppy seeds, few drops of screw pine essence, mix it well to make a filling. Take roll sheets fill the filling and close with flour mixture. Take a deep wok adds as required oil fry the rolls very carefully and take it out and serve it.
