  • Split Green gram 1 cup
  • Gram lentil ½ cup
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Roasted coriander & cumin 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green coriander, green chilies ½ cup
  • Salt, chili, turmeric as required
  • Carom seeds 2 pinches
  • Ginger as required
  • Oil for fry

Ingredients for Masala:

  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ground onion 2
  • Salt, chili, turmeric as required
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Green coriander as required

Soak both lentils for 2 to 3 hour and ground coarsely. Add remaining ingredients and leave for half hour. Fry like small fritters. For masala heat oil add fenugreek seeds fry well. Add ground onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili, turmeric, fenugreek and ground coriander cook well. Add yogurt cook well. When masala done add water for shorba. Cook till boil comes. Add fried mangochian in it and cook for 15 minute. Garnish with green coriander and all spice powder.


For meat Ingredients:

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 6 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Grinded onion ½ cup

For bhindi ingredients:

  • Lady fingers 200 grams
  • Green chili 3-4
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Green coriander as required
  • All spices powder ½ tsp

In a pot mutton and all ingredients add. now water and oil add then cook till then neat tender. then roast well. after this lady fingers fry in oil. now in meat add water for gravy then add fried lady fingers, green chilies and all spices powder and cook 5 to 6 minutes. Finally remove and garnish with green coriander and serve.


  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Capsicum cubes 1
  • Tomatoes cubes 2
  • Onion cubes 1
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Water 3 cup
  • Noodles 1 packet

Boil noodles in boiling salted water for 5-7 minute or cook till tender but still firm to the bite. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Mix 1 tablespoon of oil and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan add garlic and fry for a minute. Add chicken and fry further for 3 minute.
In a separate container mix noodles masala mix sachet in water and pour in the pan while stirring.
Now add ketchup, onion, capsicum and cook for a minute more.
Add tomatoes, fold in the noodles.
Toss well and serve hot.
