- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Black pepper ¾ -1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander leaves as required
- Lemon wedges as required
Put all ingredients in a pot and stir well. Cook for 30-45 minutes until meat is very soft and tender. Garnish with more black pepper, coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
- Bottle gourd (2 cups grated) 200gm
- Milk powder 11/2 cups
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Cardamom-nutmeg powder 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Saffron few strands
- Milk 1 tbsp
- Almonds and pistachios (sliced) 2 tbsp
- Nuts (chopped) for garnish
Boil the grated gourd in 2 cups water till tender. Add the milk powder and sugar. Cook another 2 to 3 minutes with continuous stirring. Cool. Blend till smooth. Add vanilla, saffron and milk solution and cardamom & nutmeg powder. Freeze in kulfi molds. Garnish with almonds, pistachios and nuts.
