Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste ¼ cup
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Papaya paste ¼ cup
  • Yogurt (thick) 250 gm
  • All spice powder 2 tsp
  • Fried onions 1 cup
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Dry mango powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds crushed 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp

 

Method:
Take mutton and Prick well with the fork
Marinate 1 kg mutton with a little salt, raw papaya paste and 4 tbsp vinegar. Keep aside for overnight.
In a bowl add yogurt and all spice and mix well. Pour the marinating over the leg and rub it over well and leave for another 2-3 hours. – Place the leg in a large pan with oil (1/3 cup) and water (1 cup) in bottom and leave on very low flame for 2 hours almost. Keep flipping the sides so leg and masala shouldn’t get burnt. –
Or Place the leg on greased baking tray, cover with foil and bake at 170 C for 1 ½ to 2 hours (may take ½ hour more) or till meat is fully done. – Serve Hot.

Ingredients:

  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Green chili (chopped) 2
  • Ginger (grated) 1/2 tsp
  • Peas (chopped) 4-5
  • Carrot (chopped) 1
  • Cheese (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Method:
After 2-3 sec add chopped green chili, onion and grated ginger
After 1 min add chopped peas, carrot, cheese and salt to taste.
Stir it for 4-5 times and turn off the stove
Fill this mixture into the ball of kneaded dough.
Spread it on a flat surface to make a shape of 2 inches round kachori.
Heat the frying pan and fry the kachori both side till golden brown.
Serve hot with yogurt.

Ingredients:

  • Kiwi fruit (cubed) 1
  • Orange /mango 1 cubes
  • Bread slice 4
  • Whipped cream ingredients
  • Heavy cream 1 cup
  • Sugar 5 tbsp

Method:
Take a large bowl add cream and sugar and whip it, Set aside.
Take a slice spread the cream and lay the fruits.
Refrigerating the sandwiches for at least 1 hour will make them easier to cut. When you are ready to eat them, slice them into halves or quarters.

Ingredients:

  • Mango (cubed) 1
  • Bananas slices 4
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Vanilla ice-cream 3 scoop
  • Kiwi fruit (cubed) 1
  • Ice cubes as required

 

Method:
Now add mango
In the blender add mango, ice-cream, milk and blend. Pour in the glass.
In the blender add bananas, 1 scope ice cream, milk in the blender mix
Blend the kiwi and milk and ice cream and pour on top.
Add ice cubes and enjoy.
