Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Onion (chopped) 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Fresh coriander ½ bunch
  • Oil as required

 

Method:
In the chicken mince add cumin, coriander seeds, salt, ginger garlic, green chilies, fresh coriander, crushed black pepper, egg and onion. Mix well. Then make patties out of the mixture. Now heat oil and fry the kabas until golden brown. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (whole) ½ kg
  • Potatoes 2
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Onions 2
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1 inch piece
  • Cloves 2
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Fresh coriander, green chilies as required

Method:
Heat oil and fry the onions until golden brown. Then add tomatoes, potatoes, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, coriander powder, all spice powder, ginger garlic and fenugreek leaves. Fry well. Now add whole chicken and cook well. Then add 4 cups of water and cook for half an hour on low flame. Now add fresh coriander and green chilies. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken nuggets ½ packet
  • Chicken stock 4 cups
  • Carrots (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Capsicums (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour as required
  • Oil as required

 

Method:
Cook the chicken stock. Once it gets boil add chopped vegetables, tomato ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper and salt. Cook until the mixture gets boil. Now dissolve corn flour and water, add to the soup mixture. Mix well. Then add beaten egg and mix well. Now heat oil and fry chicken nuggets. Then cut it. Lastly pour the soup into the cups and add chicken nuggets on top. Serve hot.
