  • Cake rusk 250 gm
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Cooking chocolate 200 gm
  • Cream cheese 1 cup
  • Chocolate chips ½ cup
  • Fried almonds 100 gm
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Pineapples 1 tin


First cook milk on a stove. Once it is boiled add corn flour and cook well until the mixture gets thick. Then remove it from the stove. Now add condensed milk and cream cheese. Mix well. Then divide the mixture into 2 sections. Now on double boiler melt chocolate and cream together until smooth. Then add this mixture into one of the sections of cream cheese. Then in the second section add fried almonds and mix well. Now in the serving dish give layer of cake rusk. Then add chocolate mixture and then add almond mixture. Now add pineapples. Lastly add chocolate chips and serve chilled.


  • Chicken cheese balls 1packet
  • Potatoes (boiled) ½ kg
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin ½ tsp
  • Red pepper (crushed) 1tsp
  • Green chilies (chopped) 2-3
  • Coriander 4tbsp
  • Wooden sticks as required
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil as required
  • Tomato ketchup for serving


Heat oil and fry the chicken cheese balls. Then cut boiled potatoes and mash well. Now add fried cheese balls and all the spices. Mix well. Then add mashed potatoes mixture onto the drumsticks. Now dip in the eggs one by one and roll in the bread crumbs. Then heat oil and deep fry the cheese ball drumsticks until golden and crispy. Lastly serve hot with tomato ketchup.


  • Boneless chicken ½ kg
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Capsicums 2
  • Red chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Spring onions 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Spring onions for garnish
  • Rice (boiled) for serving


In a bowl add boneless chicken, mustard paste, salt and black pepper. Mix and marinate it for about 10 minutes. Then heat oil and fry the chicken on a high flame. Set aside. Now heat oil in a pan and fry garlic. Then add green chilies and capsicums, sauté well. Now add chicken stock, red chili paste, black pepper, salt, soy sauce, vinegar and chicken cube. Cook well until the mixture gets to boil. Then in a bowl add corn flour and water, dissolve well. Now this mixture in the garlic mixture and cook until the mixture becomes thick. Now add fried chicken and mix well. Lastly garnish the dish with spring onions and serve hot with boiled rice.
