  • Prawns 400 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes chopped 3-4
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt, chilies, turmeric to taste
  • White cumin powder ¾ tsp
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Fenugreek ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Green coriander as required
  • Oil or clarified butter ½ cup



  • Chicken boneless 1kg
  • Boiled seyla rice 750g
  • Sugar 2cup
  • Clarified butter 3/4cup
  • Onion 2
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Peeled almonds 1/2cup
  • Raisins 3/4cup
  • Whole ginger 2
  • Whole garlic 1
  • Aniseed 2tbsp
  • Green cardamom 8-10
  • Whole all spices 2tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Screwpine essence few drops
  • Saffron 1tsp

  • Kashmiri tea 2tsp
  • Water 2cups
  • Milk 2cups
  • Almond powder 1tbsp
  • Baking soda 2pinch
  • Green cardamom 3-4
  • Sugar as required
  • Pistachios for garnishing
