  • Mutton leg 1/2 kg
  • Turnip 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onions (sliced) 2
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 250 gm
  • All spice powder 1tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Cloves 4
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander as required (for garnish)
  • Green chilies as required (for garnish)


In the mutton add onions, salt, ginger and garlic. Boil it well. Once the mutton gets tender, remove it from the flame. Then heat oil in a wok add mutton, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, tomato paste, black pepper, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, fenugreek leaves and turnip. Cook well. Now add 3 cups of water and cook until mutton is cooked thoroughly. Lastly add all spice powder and garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies. Serve hot.


  • Spinach 1/2 kg
  • Gram flour 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Tomato 1
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida a pinch
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 10

For Temper:

  • Onion (sliced) 1
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Bay leaves 6


In a blender add yogurt, gram flour, green chilies, ginger, garlic and tomato. Blend well. Now place it in a vessel along with 3 cups of water. Then heat oil add fenugreek seeds, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, asafetida and spinach. Cook well. Now add gram flour mixture and cook for about an hour. Lastly give temper of bay leaves, onion and cumin. Serve hot.


  • Pasta 1/2 packet
  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Corn 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 50 gm
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese (grated) 2 cups
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp


In a vessel boil water and add the pasta. Boil until well cooked. Then heat oil and fry the garlic. Now add chicken and cook well. Then add red chili powder and salt. Cook until the chicken is cooked thoroughly. Now add all the vegetables, mix well and set aside.
For The White Sauce, heat butter. Then add flour and cook well. Now add milk, black pepper, salt and oregano, nutmeg powder, cream and half grated mozzarella cheese. Cook properly until the mixture becomes thick. Then in a baking dish add white sauce. Now add boiled pasta, chicken mixture and the remaining grated mozzarella cheese. Bake it in an oven on 180 c until it becomes golden brown. Serve hot.
