Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 400 grams
- Onion finely cut ¼ cup
- Tomato finely cut ¼ cup
- Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- All spices powder 1 tbsp
- Green chili finely cut 4
- Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Garlic finely cut 1 tsp
- Ginger finely cut 1 tsp
- Dried fenugreek 2 tsp
Method:
Heat oil in a hot plate .now garlic and ginger add and roast then chicken mince and grounded spies add and cook till than chicken tender .now green chili, coriander, onion, tomatoes, tamarind paste and dried fenugreek add and mix well then cover it after this serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Turnip 1 kg
- Oil ¼ cup
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Tomatoes 5
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Onion 2 big
- Whole red chilies 10
- Mint leaves ½ bunch
- Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil then add onion, ginger and garlic and fry. Then add tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Now cook whole red chilies with 2 cups of water in a separate pan then grind them and make fine paste and add this in prepared curry. Now cut turnip in cubes then add and cook for 5 minutes. Then add salt with 4 cups of water when boil comes cover it and cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Fry fenugreek seeds in a separate pan then add in turnip. At last add mint leaves and serve.
