Ingredients For The Sponge

Eggs 8
Sugar 240 gm
Flour 240 gm
Oil 160 gm
Baking powder 5 gm

For The Frosting

Strawberry whippy whip cream 300 gm
Strawberry puree 120 gm
White chocolate 100 gm
Liquid strawberry cream 100 gm
Fresh strawberries for garnish

Method
Beat together eggs and sugar well. Add in flour and baking powder. Fold it well. Add in oil and mix well. Grease the pan and place the butter paper. Pour the batter and bake it in an oven at 180 c for about 22-25 minutes.

Method
In a bowl beat strawberry whippy whip cream. Add in strawberry puree, mix well. Layer the cake and frost it properly. Beat together white chocolate and liquid strawberry cream. Once the ganache is ready, add it to the cake and spread well. Lastly garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.
