INGREDIENTS:

FOR DOUGH:

  • .All purpose flour 1½ cup
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Water ½ cup

 

FOR STUFFING:

  • Mushrooms 1 tin
  • Peas 1 tin
  • Olives as required
  • Corn 1 tin
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 clove
  • Onion chopped ½
  • Carrot, grated 1
  • Cabbage, grated 2 cup
  • Pepper, crushed ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Coriander chopped 1 tbsp

FOR TANDOORI MARINATION:

  • Curd ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Clarified butter ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala ½ tsp
  • Coriander chopped ½ tsp

 

Method:
FOR TANDOORI MARINATION:

All tandoori marination combined and mix well.
Coat the momos with prepared marination and rest for 1 hour.
Heat wok with 2 tbsp oil and place the marinated momos.
Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.

 

FOR DOUGH:
In a large mixing bowl take dough ingredients and knead to smooth and soft dough, and rest for 30 minutes.

FOR STUFFING:
Now in a largewoke ab heat 2 tsp oil and saute 1 clove garlic and all stuffing ingredientsadd and sauté thencool completely. Momos stuffing is ready.

Now take the prepared momos dough
Roll to almost medium thin circle. Around 4 – 5 inch in diameter. Nowplace a heaped tbsp of prepared stuffing in the centre.
and seal the momos.

Heat a steamer and arrange the momos in the tray without touching each other.
Furthermore, steam momos for 10-12 minutes, cool the momos completely,
Firstly, in a large cup take ½ cup curd.
Also add ingredients then Coat the momos with prepared marination and rest for 1 hour. Now Heat wok with 2 tbsp oil and place the marinated momos. Pour ½ tsp clarified butter and cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Finally, serve tandoori momos sprinkled with chaat masala and coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

  • Fish 1/2 kg
  • Oil for fry

1st marination:

  • Red chili 1tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander powder 1tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 1tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • All spices powder 1tsp

2nd marination:

  • Rice flour 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 1-1/2 tabs
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili to taste
  • Curry leaves 2 tbsp
  • Chaat Masala for sprinkling
  • Paratha for serving

Method:
In fish mix 1st marination and leave for 30 minutes. then add second marination and fry it. finally sprinkle chat masala and serve with parathas.
