Uzbek Pulao is a wonderful combination of raisins, dry plums and other dry fruits along with chicken tikka. Try out this mouth-watering combination for dinner tonight!

  • Green Raisin 15-20
  • Black raisin 15-20
  • Dried plum 10-12
  • Chicken tikka 2 piece
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Butter 2tbsp
  • Cinnamon stick 4-5
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1teaspoon
  • Star anise 4-5
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp each
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Rice ½ kg



Marinate chicken with salt pepper and ginger garlic paste.
Add butter in pan and add chicken and cook. Add little water and add green chilies. Once the chicken is fully cooked removed it. And also remove the chillies
Fry raisins and dried plum separately.
Soak the rice in water.
In a pan add rice, once rise are fully cooked. In a dish layer the rice with chicken and raisins, dried plums and repeat. And serve

Ingredients to Marinate:

  • fish fillet 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lemon 1
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients For red sauce:

  • Tomato purees 2tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 -1/2 tsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 tsp
  • garlic chopped 2 tsp
  • Sirarcha sauce 2tbsp
  • Honey 2tbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Dried herbs to sprinkle
  • Oil 2 tbsp



To marinate the fish add salt pepper and lemon. Coat properly.
In a pan add oil and fry the fish until golden.
To prepare the red sauce add oil in pan. Add chopped ginger garlic and red chilli flakes. Then add tomato ketchup, tomato paste, sirarcha sauce, salt, soy sauce, honey, dried herbs and mix.
Pour it on the fish and serve hot.


  • Cream 2 packets
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  • gelatin ½ tsp
  • Water for mixing
  • Strawberry puree as required


Take water in a bowl and add gelatine, let it bloom. In a sauce pan add cream on low flame. Add sugar and vanilla essence and stir until sugar dissolves. Add gelatine mixture and turn off the flame. Pour the prepared mixture in ramekins and serve chill with strawberry puree.


  • Chapli kabab ½ packet
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Garlic as required
  • Green chilies 8

Fry the kababs.
In yogurt add all the Ingredients and blend them add water if required. In a pan add the paste and add chapli kabab. And serve
