Hunzai Handi


Chicken (boneless) 500 grms
Garlic (crushed) 2 tsps
Ginger (crushed) 1 tbsp
Oil/ Ghee 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 medium
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Whole Red Chili dry 6-8
Black Pepper 5-6
Clove 2-3
Tara Garam Masala 2 tsps
Green Chili 4-5
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsps
Fenugreek Leaves 1 tsp
Fresh Cream 2 tbsps


Heat oil in a pan, fry chicken with onion, whole dry red chilli, cumin seed, clove, black pepper corn till light golden brown.
Add garlic, ginger, yughert, all spices and cook untill chicken is done.
Now add Taara garm masala, ginger sliced, lemon juice, fenugreek leaves and green chillies and leave it for 2-3 mints for dum.
Dish it out and garnish with fresh creme, serve with naan or paratha.
