Recipe Ingredients
Raw Mango 1 kg
Lemon 4
Water 2 liter
Sugar 1 kg
Black salt a pinch
Mint leaves as required
Recipe Method
Peel of 1 kg raw mangoes and boil them with 2 liters of water. Once boiled put them aside. Take out the raw mango pulp in the same water and then put it in the blender and blend it. Put the blended mixture in the pan and add 1 kg sugar. Cook it on a low flame. Once the sugar is dissolved set it aside and cool it. Then add lemon juice and a pinch of black salt. Refrigerate it. At the time of serving add 2tbsp sharbat with water. Garnish it with mint leaves and serve
