  • Mince ½ kg
  • Raw mango slice 2
  • Onion chopped 1 ½ cup
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion seeds ½ tsp
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped ½ cup
  • Mint leaves finely chopped ½ bunch
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Curry leaves 10-12

In a pan add mince with ginger garlic, salt, turmeric, chili powder, cover and cook on low flame, when water from mince dries then add oil, onion, chopped keri, curry leaves, kalonji and roasted well, when oil comes on top of mince, add ginger chopped, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cover and cook for 5 mins, leave it on dum, serve with paratha, nan or boiled rice.
