Ingredients:

  • Chicken with skin 8 pieces
  • Bay leaves 1
  • Cinnamon sticks 1 piece
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Ginger 1 piece

For coating :

  • Mustard paste 2 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Ice water as required
  • Oil as required

Method:
In chicken 1 cup of water and all ingredients mix and cook .after this in chicken all coating ingredients mix .now dip in cool water and coat with flour .finally heat oil and fry .

Ingredients:

  • Boiled pasta ½ packet
  • Garlic cloves as required
  • Button chilies 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Flour roasted 2 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Capsicums 2
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup

Method:
Heat oil then add button red chili and garlic fry then remove and then thickly cut .now remaining oil and mince mix well and roast .then add soya sauce and salt, tomato ketchup add and stove off and then add pasta add and mix .after this pasta mixture pour on graced cake mold and bake 180 degree centigrade for 20 minutes.
For white sauce in a pot milk , flour and oregano add and cook till it gets thick .after this baked pasta remove and pour on top ready sauce .finally add capsicums, cheddar cheese and fried garlic and green chili add and serve .
