Method:
In a pan add salt and potatoes bring it to boil , now heat clarifies butte in a pan add salt, red chili powder and turmeric , then add boil potatoes, coriander , vinegar, chili garlic sauce, chicken powder , crushed red chilies and water cook well. Lastly add pomegranate seeds and coriander mix and serve.

Method:
Cut chicken in small pieces the marinate it with 2tbp yogurt , now in a pan add clarified butter heat and add onions, tomatoes , ginger garlic paste , green chilies and water , cook till water dries, now add salt, turmeric , remaining yogurt, red chilies and roast well , now add chicken with ½ cup water and roast well . lastly add ginger , all spice coriander and green chilies and serve .
