Ingredients

  • Baby potatoes 1 kg boiled and peeled
  • In a Bowl Mix Together and Keep Aside
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Red tandoori color ¼ tsp
  • Water ¾ cup

 

Other Ingredients

  • Oil ½ cup
  • Green garlic finely chopped 1 cup
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves 20
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

METHOD

In a wok heat oil, put curry leaves, add boiled potatoes, fry for 2-3 mins, add your red mixture of chilies, cook well, add salt, let the masala coat on potatoes. Lastly fold in the green garlic, serve garnished with coriander leaves.

Ingredients

  • Mince 750 gm
  • Green chilies 10
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chili 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onions 2 chopped
  • Tomatoes 3 chopped
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Red chilies dried chopped 6
  • Roasted chickpea 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Gram 3 tbsp
  • Mace ½ tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp heaped
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Chicken powder ½ tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamoms 6
  • Meat tenderizer ½ tsp

Roast all these separately and grind into a fine powder

 

METHOD

Heat karahi, put mince with 2 cups water, add ginger garlic paste, cover and cook till water dries and mince tender. Roast all the above ingredients with desiccated coconut on low flame and grind into a fine powder, remove and keep aside. When mince water dries completely, add in oil and ghee, chopped onion 1 cup and chopped tomatoes, fry well, add another cup of water, cover and cook till mince done, add in kashmiri red chili powder, add in the prepared roasted and grinded masala 2 tbsp, salt to taste, add whole green chilies, cook on low flame till oil comes on top, serve with nan, garnish with chopped coriander and ginger juliennes.
