Ingredients:
- Rice soaked ½ kg
- Apple 2
- Orange zest 1 cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chili 4
- Raisin 100 grams
- Carrot 1 cup
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Butter 50 grams
- Onion 1
- Oil / clarified butter ½ cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
Method:
Place water on stove for cook .then add onion ,oil salt and green chilies .when its come to boil then add soaked rice .when rice cook then strain and add in woke .then in second pan add butter ,chicken stock ,raisin ,black pepper ,apple ,orange peel and sugar cook then on rice and serve it .
Ingredients:
- Muton 400 grams
- Onion 2
- Potatoes 2
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Tomato 250 grams
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili 6
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Green coriander as required
- Clarified butter 1 cup
Method:
Heat clarified butter and fry onion then remove it .then add tomato and grind it well .now in clarified butter add cumin ,black pepper ,and ginger garlic paste add then fell smell then add tomatoes and onion add .then add all spices ,turmeric ,salt ,mutton and potatoes mix and roast well .after this add 4 glass of water and cook on low heat when meat tender then add green chilies and green coriander add and serve it .
