Ingredients Pizza Dough
- Yeast 1 pack
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Milk powder ¼ cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Flour 3.5 cups
- warm water to knead 1 and 1/3 cup
Filling
- Chicken 100g
- Capsicum 1
- Onion 1
- Pizza sauce 1 cup
- Cheese as required
- Olives 2 to 3
- Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Semolina to dust as required
Method
Knead dough and set aside to proof. Max An Hour in a damp place.
Now prepare chicken with tikka masala, ginger garlic paste and sauté well
Roll out the dough and spread in a lined cake pan. Dust semolina if needed.
And make sure to grease the pan. Add in all the fillings. Sauce then cheese
then chicken and add veggies and olives. Bake for 15mins serve hot.
Ingredients
- Butter ¾ cup
- Caster Sugar 3/4th cup
- Milk 3 tbsp
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
- Flour 1 and 1/4th cup
- Salt a pinch
- Eggs 3
Icing
- White Chocolate 200g
- Food color of your choice a drop
- Sprinkles as required
Method
Beat softened butter with sugar well. Add in eggs and mix again till properly incorporated. Add Milk, Essence, and gradually add flour and salt a pinch. Bake till skewer comes out clean for 20mins on 170 to 180c.
Now melt chocolate in a double boiler or 30 seconds interval in microwave. Drop of any color into the chocolate (melted) add oil if necessary. Spread over the cake and serve cold.
