Ingredients–
- Milk 250 ml
- Caster sugar 100 gram
- Coconut 120 grams
- Milk chocolate compound 150 gram
Method
In a pan add milk with sugar, bring to a boil, add in desiccated coconut. Now wait till the coconut absorbs all the milk and forms into a dough. Now let it cool. Form into bounty mini bars. And freeze.
Now melt chocolate then pour each bounty bar into the chocolate mixture. And freeze again.
Ingredients :
- Bread Large 1 pack
- Chicken breast 4
- Tandoori Masala 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salad leaves as required
- Red cabbage as required
- Cucumber seedless 1 in dice
- Cheese slice as required
- Pizza Sauce 1 cup
- Mayonnaise
- Dynamite sauce
- Egg 2
- Lays chips to serve with
- Tomatoes 2 sliced
Method
Marinate then pan sear chicken with the seasonings, Tandoori masala, Lemon juice, ginger garlic paste.
Toast buns add cheese, and spread pizza sauce.
Now cut chicken into thin strips and add mayonnaise, pizza sauce, cucumbers.
Now stack bread and add tomatoes and salad leaves. Serve with chips.
