Ingredients
- Flour 2 and ½ cups
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Butter 1 cup
- Caster sugar ½ cup
- Condensed Milk 1 cup
- Vanilla 1 tsp
- Coffee 2 tbsp + 1 CUP hot milk
- Dark chocolate to pour on top 2 tbsp + oil to make it a glaze.
Method
Firslty boil hot milk and make coffee. And set aside. Now add butter, condesned milk and extrct with sugar. Now add dry ingredeints. Bring the batter together. Bake till skewer comes out clean. For 10mins
Glaze at the end with dark chocolate and oil .
Ingredients
- Puff Pastry sheet 1
- Mix veggies 1 cup
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Stock 1 cup
- Left over chicken optional 50g
- Egg wash 1
- Cutter 1
- Flour to dust
- Mayo to spread 2 tbsp
Method
Roll out the sheet to 1/4th inch not to thin not to thick.
Now take a design cutter and cut into shape. Now add filling and add mayo. Cover again with another puff sheet cut in same shape. Egg wash and bake it to 180c for 15mins.
