Ingredients
- SEMOLINA 1 cup
- Sugar 1 and ½ cup
- Water 2 cups
- Lemon 1
- Flour 1 cup
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Eggs 3
- Vanilla essence as Req
- Oi ½ cup
- Coconut desiccated ½ cup
- Yogurt t 1 cup
Method
In a bowl mix sugar, water, lemon drop and make a syrup and set aside.
Now in a bowl mix dry ingredients, Flour, Baking powder, salt, semolina mix well.
Add 3 eggs vanilla, oil, coconut and yogurt, mix well and form a batter. Add a drop of lemon if needed. Bake till skwer comes out clean and pour syrup on top. Then serve

- Beef boneless cut ½ k
- Soda 1 tsp
- Skewers 10
- Fried onion 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic Pwder 2 tbsp
- Food color a pinch
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Tumeric ½ tsp
- Coriander powder ½ tsp
- Citric acid ½ tsp
- Nut meg powder ½ tsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
Method
Marinate beef in all the spices and grill for 10 mins. Give charcoal smoke at the end.
