Ingredients
- Packet Custard 300 g
- Pound Cake 1 whole
- Whipped Cream 300 ml
- Berry Jam 200 g
- Fresh Berries 20 pcs
Method:
1. Layer everything in a deep serving dish
2. Make sure to repeat the layers neatly
3. Garnish with fresh berries, keep in the chiller for 4-6 hours before serving
Ingredients
- Potatoes 500 g
- Minced Chicken 400 g
- Coriander 1/2 bunch
- Onions 1 chopped
- Mozzarella Cheese 100 g
- Breadcrumbs for coating
- Flour for coating
- Egg 2
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Red & White Pepper to taste
- Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
- GG Paste 2 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
1. Add everything to minced chicken mix and set aside
2. Now take a small portion of the mixture add cheese to the center and roll it into a ball
3. Coat with flour, egg and breadcrumbs
4. Fry in oil, serve warm with chips and red chutney
