Ingredients
- Flour 125g
- Caster sugar 200g
- Cocoa powder 65g
- Soda ½ tsp
- Baking powder ¾ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Egg 1 Large
- Oil 60ml
- Milk 125ml
- Vanilla 1 tsp
- Warm water 125ml
Icing
- 200g icing sugar
- Milk 1 tsp
- Oregos 3 finely chopped
- Mix altogether
Method
In a large bowl add flour, caster sugar, cocoa, soda, baking powder, and alt till combine. Add in egg oil, milk, warm water. Bake till tooth pick comes out clean.
Ingredients
- Chicken 200g
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce ½ tbsp.
- Salt as required
- Slurry 2 tbsp
- Capsicum 1 cube
- Green onion 3
- Button chilli 3
- Ginger garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil 2 tbsp
- Water as required
- CHIDKEN CUBE 1
Method
Marinate chicken with cornflour, and flour. Then stir fry. Now in a wok add ginger garlic chopped, all the sauces, taste, chicken powder or cube, water now add slurry to make it thick. Add onion, green onion and capsicum. Serve with rice
