Ingredients (Honey mustard sauce)
- Butter or Oil 2tbsp
- chopped onion 1 tsp
- chopped garlic 1/2 tsp
- milk ½ cup
- Cream 1/4 cup
- honey 1 tbsp
- yellow mustard 1 tbsp
- chicken powder 1 tsp
- red chili flakes 1 pinch
- salt to taste
- oregano 1 pinch
- lemon juice 1 tsp
- chicken breast 2
- red chili flakes 1 tsp
- black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Paprika 1/2 tsp
- Hot sauce 1 tbsp
- Wostershire or soy sauce 2 tbsp
- yellow mustard 1/2 tbsp
- cooking oil 1 tbsp
- chopped garlic 1/2 tbsp
In a bowl season chicken and set aside. Now make sauce and drizzle over the chicken and serve Hot
Temperature – 120 Degree
Baking Time – 15 Minutes
- All purpose Flour – 90 Gm
- Powder Sugar – 50 Gm
- Baking Soda – 1/4 Tsp
- Ghee – 50 Gm
- Cardamom Powder – 1/4Tsp
- Milk Powder – 1 Tbsp
- Milk – 4 Tbsp
- Crushed Pistachios – 4 Tbsp
In a bowl, pour Ghee, cardamom powder, milk powder, sugar and mix.
Once the ingredients are well combined, add flour baking soda and whisk.
Now pour the milk, slowly and mix the ingredients. And store the dough in Refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal size and make round balls. Coat the cookies with Pista dust or any nut dust of your choice.
Bake the Cookies in pre heated oven for 15 minutes @120 Degree.
Let cookies sit in Oven for a while, as they are still baking.
Store them in Air tight container.
1.Add milk slowly, if dough gets wet you can add 1 tsp flour.
2.These cookies last long on counter.
3. You can avoid Milk powder, it’s optional.
