  • Spaghetti boiled ¾ packet
  • Sausages fried 6 chopped
  • ketchup ½ cup
  • Hot sauce ¼ cup
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
    Paprika 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp
  • Butter 4 ounce
  • Cottage cheese crumbled 200 gm
  • Parsley for topping chopped 3 tbsp
  • Sour cream ½ cup
  • Mozzarella grated 2 cups
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Milk ½ cup



Boiled spaghetti and toss in 1 ounce butter, spread spaghetti in casserole dish, mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl, and spread on the spaghetti, sprinkle with mozzarella on top then crushed red pepper, bake in a pre-heated oven on 180 d for 20 mins, serve garnished with chopped parsley.


  • Butter 200 gm
  • Parmesan cheese 1 cup
  • Flour 1 ¾ cup
  • Barbeque sauce 1 tbsp
  • Paprika 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp



Put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat with electric beater at low speed for 1 min, do not overbeat, roll out on a floured surface into ¼ inch thickness using a cookie cutter of your choice cut out biscuits, put cookies on a cookie sheet, bake for 15 mins in a pre-heated oven at 180 d.


  • Spinach washed 1 kg
  • Fenugreek 2 small bunch
  • Water 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander ½ cup

Ingredients for chicken gravy:

  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Onion sliced 1 ½ cup
  • Chicken 1 kg with bones
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Tomato puree 1 tbsp
  • Tomato blended 3
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Ginger cut into julienne 1 tbsp
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Cottage cheese shallow fried 1 cup
  • Green chilies 3 cut into halves
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tsp

Ingredients to temper:

  • Butter 4 ounce
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 tsp


Shallow fry cottage cubes keep aside. Boil spinach with methi and water and milk, cook until water and milk dries, now blend the spinach with green chilies and coriander. In a wok heat ghee, add whole spices with sliced onion, fry till golden brown, add chicken, fry for 10 mins, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, chili flakes and salt, fry well. When oil comes on top, add tomato puree and blended tomatoes, cover and cook for 10 – 15 mins. Now add in blended spinach, ginger julienne and milk, once again cover and cook on low flame till chicken is tender, add cream, slit green chilies, allspice, kasuri methi, mix well, add fried cottage cheese cubes, cover and cook on low flame for 5 mins.lastly add baghar, pour over palak murgh, serve hot with nan.
