INGREDIENTS:

  • Boneless Chicken ½ kg
  • Nutmeg 1 piece
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Bay Leaves 2
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Rice (boiled) 2 cups
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Mint Leaves ½ bunch
  • Mace 2 piece
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Screwpine essence 1 tbsp
  • Star Anise Powder ½ tsp
  • Yellow Food Color ½ tsp

Method:
•  In a pan, heat ghee add ginger garlic paste, black cumin seeds, bay leaf , nutmeg, mace, add boneless chicken and fry well.
•  Now add stock, salt, finely chopped green chilies, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
•  After this, add boiled rice, star anise powder, mint leaves ,kewhra essence, saffron, yellow food color, let it simmer for 15 minutes and removes from the stove.
•  Delicious boneless chicken pulao is ready.

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Milk 2 glass
  • Chocolate Sandwich 6
  • Vanilla Essence few drops
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Ice as required

Method:
• In a blender, blended Yogurt, Vanilla Essence, Cream, Sugar, Chocolate Sandwich and Ice.
• Now take it out in a glass and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton Chops ½ kg
  • Potatoes (boiled & peeled) ½ kg
  • Cottage Cheese 250 grams
  • Bread Crumbs 250 grams
  • Eggs 2
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper (crushed) ½ tbsp
  • Green Chilies (finely chopped) 3
  • Chicken Stock Cubes 1 tbsp
  • Gram Flour 1 pinch
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:
Marinate chops with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chili powder, crushed black pepper and salt.
Now cook chops with 2 tbsp oil in a shallow pan. Remove them from pan and keep it aside to cool
Now mix 250 grams cottage cheese in 1 kg peeled and mashed boiled potatoes with finely chopped green chilies, salt, ½ tbsp crushed black pepper and 1 tbsp chicken stock cubes.
Now place this mixture on chops and dip each in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs and fry on low flame. Fry till they turn golden brown
Lastly sprinkle gram flour and serve
