- Chicken Boneless (cubes) 1/2 kg
- Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic Paste 1/2 tbsp
- Tomatoes 1cup
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Cream 1 cup
- oil 1/4 cup
- Green Chillies for garnishing
- Coriander Leaves for garnishing
- Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste
- Add Chicken cubes and spices and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame
- Add blended tomatoes. Cover the pan and let it cook till chicken is done and oil starts to float.
- Add 1 cup cream and cook for one minute then remove the pan from heat.
- Garnish with green chillies and coriander while serving
