For pizza dough:

  • Warm water ½ cup
  • Milk warm ¼ cup
  • Sugar 1 tbs
  • Yeast 3 tsp
  • Flour 3 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lukewarm water 2-3 tbsp

For chicken:

  • Red chili powder ½ tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Boneless chicken cubes 200 grams
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar and mozzarella cheese for stuffing
  • Pizza sauce 1 cup
  • Parmesan powder for sprinkling

1. In a jug, add warm water, milk, sugar, instant yeast and mix well, cover & let it
Rest for 10-15 minutes.
2. In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt & mix well.
3. Add cooking oil and mix well until it crumbles.
4. Gradually add dissolved yeast mixture & mix well.
5. Add water & knead until dough is formed, cover & let it proof for 1 hour
(warm place).

To freeze: once you have prepared your calzones, you can freeze them while they
Are raw or cooked. Either way, place them on a baking sheet and allow them to
Completely freeze in a single layer. Then, store them in an airtight container or
Freezer-safe plastic bag

For crust

  • Short crust pastry 321 grams
  • plain flour 250 grams
  • Butter 180 grams
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Milk 50 ml
  • Caster sugar 1 tsp
  • Almond flour (optional) ½ tsp

Ingredients for the crust filling:

  • Apples green 4\5
  • Caster sugar 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice ½ tbsp
  • Nut meg powder 1 pinch

Method for short crust
1. Add butter frozen into cubes and add it with flour in a bowl,
2. Rub the cubes with flour with your fingertips until flour resembles like breadcrumbs.
3. Whisk the milk, egg yolk and sugar and add it to the mixture,
4. Using a spatula combine liquid and flour mixture with a hacking motion with the edge of
The spatula until it resembles a dough.
5. Bring the dough to the work bench and using the palm and hand motion push the ball out
