Ingredients:
- Spaghetti (boiled) 1 packet
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Cauliflower (shredded) 1 cup
- Green peas ½ cup
- Capsicum 1 cup
- Omelet (eggs) 2
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Oil ¼ cup
- Fries 1 cup
For The Sauce:
- Ketchup ¼ cup
- Chili sauce ¼ cup
- Soy sauce ¼ cup
- Yogurt ¼ cup
Method:
In a pan add ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce and yogurt. Cook well and make a sauce. Then heat oil and sauté vegetables. Now add garlic, prepared sauce and spaghetti. Mix well. Then add salt and pepper. In the end serve with omelet and fries.
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken 500 gm
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 5
- Tomatoes 3
- Onions 2
- Curry leaves 14-16 Piece
- Whole all spice 1tbsp
- Fennel crushed 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1tbsp
- All spice Powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
Put the pan on heat and sauté onions add ginger garlic till its light brown and add Fennel, Garam masala and Curry leaves as well. Now add green chilies, red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala, roast this for 2-3 minutes. Adding Spices chopped tomatoes and stir it for 2-3 minutes. Finally add chicken and mix well with spices in the pan. Add salt and let it cook for 20-22 minutes till chicken is well done. . Serve
