Ingredients:
- Melted butter 1/2 cup
- Tortillas 4
- shredded chicken cooked 1 cup
- Barbecue sauce 1/2 cup
- Chopped spring onions 1/2 cup
- Mixed grated cheese 1 cups
- Chopped spring onions to garnish
- Chopped tomatoes to garnish
For Barbecue Seasoning:
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 pinch
- Onion powder 1 pinch
Method:
Mix barbecue seasoning and butter. Cut tortillas into 8 pieces and coat in butter then bake till crispy. Add chicken, barbecue sauce, tomato, mix cheese, chicken and green chilies on nachos bake. Garnish with tomato and green onion, serve.
Ingredients for Dough:
- Water warm ½ cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Dry yeast 1 tsp
- Flour 1-½ cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
- Pizza sauce ¼ cup
- Onion chopped 1
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Jalapeno 1/2 cup
- Butter melted 2 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 2 cloves
- Mixed herbs ½ tsp
- Red chili flakes ½ tsp
- Salt a pinch
Method:
Mix all ingredients of pizza dough and leave for rinse. Make small balls and gently flat with your hand. Add pizza sauce, onion, cheese and jalapenos on the edges, fold well. Pre heat oven at 180 C for 15 minute till golden color comes. Mix 2 tbsp of butter seasoning in garlic, mix herbs, crushed red chili and salt; apply on baked balls with the help of brush. Serve with sauce.
