- Dates 10
- Blanched almonds as required
- Smooth melted chocolate as required
Other ingredients:
- Pistachios to garnish
- Coconut as required
- Cashews to garnish
- Raisins as required

Method:
Pitt the dates and fill with almonds, Melt the chocolate and dip each date into the chocolate and coat. Garnish immediately . Arrange in a box and decorate with ribbon and features.

- Boiling water 1 cup
- Brown sugar ¼ cup
- Unsalted butter softened 6 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Flour 1- ¼ cups
- Baking powder 1 -1/2 tsp

- Brown sugar 1- ¼ cups
- Thickened cream 1- 1/2 cups
- Vanilla extract ½ tsp
