CHOCOLATE LACE ART CAKE
Chocolate Sponge 1
Sugar 4 ounce
Wheat flour 4 ounce
Coco powder 1 ounce
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Fruit cocktail 150 gm
Chocolate chips 50 gm
Chocolate syrup 50 ml
Condensed milk 50 gm
Water 50 ml
Whipped cream 250 gm
Melted chocolate 250 gm
Fresh cream 250 gm
Chocolate sauce as per taste
Red colour 3-4 drops
Glaze 1 cup
- Beat the eggs well and gradually add in sugar.
- When the eggs double in volume, add in vanilla essence.
- Then fold in the wheat flour and coco powder.
- Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and allow it to cool.
- Then on the brown paper with the help of a piping bag make designs and keep in the fridge to set.
- Now cut the sponge in two layers and soak it with the help of condensed milk.
- Then add fruit cocktail, chocolate chips and chocolate syrup, frost the sponge with whipped cream.
- Now put the designed chocolate on the sides of the cake and serve.
