Ingredients:

Tikka boti ½ packet
Boiled noodles 1 packet
Thick white sauce 1 cup
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 ½ cup
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 2
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs as required
Grated cheddar cheese ½ cup
Sweet corn ½ cup
Chopped capsicum ½
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Fried crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Spring onion 2 tbsp
Fries to serve
Oil for frying

Ingredients for white sauce:

Butter 2 tbsp
Flour 3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Mustard powder ½ tsp
Water ½ cup
Milk ½ cup

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together other than egg and bread crumbs.
For white sauce, add butter in a saucepan.
Mix in flour in the butter.
Then add in salt, black pepper, mustard powder, water and milk.
Mix it and cook it till it forms a thick consistency.
Mix all this together and form kebabs.
Coat these in a beaten egg and bread crumbs.
Fry these and serve these with fries.
